Golden Designs Products
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. A freight carrier will call you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set an appointment. Delivery is made using a 53 ft semi-truck and your sauna will be delivered in one or more boxes, strapped to a pallet. Delivery is curbside only.
Second delivery attempt costs $95. Third attempt costs $150. Storage fees start at $125 per day after the third day at the freight terminal. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage before accepting.
Leisurecraft Products
Products are delivered in large crates ranging from 6 to 14 feet long and weighing between 800 to 1600 pounds. Customers are responsible for unloading. If the crate is under 92 inches, a liftgate may be available. For crates longer than 92 inches, options include using a forklift with extensions, a tilt tow truck, or trailer pickup from the terminal.
If the shipping address is changed after the order leaves the factory, a $250 fee applies. Optional tilt tow truck service is available for $750. Storage fees may be added if there is a delay in scheduling delivery.
All Other Brands
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Most items are shipped via Ground or LTL freight, depending on the product size and weight. Sauna barrels and cabins include shipping or use a flat rate within the contiguous 48 states. For other items, actual shipping rates apply based on location. In hard-to-reach areas, a shipping premium may apply. Stones ship separately and incur $25 to $50 per box in shipping fees. Enhanced packaging is used for all shipments to reduce damage in transit. Customers may refuse delivery if damage is visible, or sign “Subject to concealed damage.”
